The HOME program provides grants and low-interest loans to eligible entities (cities, counties, nonprofits, developers, CHDOs) for affordable housing activities including first-time homebuyer down payment assistance, owner-occupied rehab, tenant-based rental assistance, acquisition/rehab of rental or ownership homes.
