Eligible Locations
First-time homebuyers who have not owned a home in the past three years and are purchasing an owner-occupied primary residence in Clark County, Washington with a purchase price at or below program limits, household income under published caps, minimum credit score of 620, and who are willing to pair the assistance with a WSHFC Home Advantage or House Key first mortgage through a participating lender.
Eligibility
First-time homebuyers (no home owned in past three years) purchasing a primary residence in Clark County with a purchase price ≤$600,000, application income under $105,210 (90% of median income for a family of four as of 2024), credit score of at least 620, and willingness to live in the home as an owner-occupant; must pair assistance with a WSHFC Home Advantage or House Key first mortgage and work with a participating lender.
