Eligible Locations

Full Description

NHS Chicago’s Purchase Assistance Grants, including the MMRP Purchase Assistance Grant, provide up to $30,000 in assistance for buyers purchasing homes in one of the City of Chicago’s designated Micro Market Recovery Program (MMRP) areas. Eligible households must meet income limits (≤120% AMI), attend HUD-approved homebuyer education, secure a mortgage from an approved lender, purchase a 1-4 unit home or condo, and commit to owner occupancy for the required period.
