Eligibility
Existing and in-formation New York City Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), or nonprofit organizations under contract with SBS to provide BID management or services, that propose projects to strengthen small-business corridors—such as supplemental sanitation, marketing, placemaking, technical assistance, or planning—and can meet reporting and contract requirements.
