Full Description

Housing NM’s programs allow qualified buyers to purchase homes with as little as $500 of their own funds, providing mortgage financing and down payment / closing cost assistance. Programs vary by income, purchase price, and credit requirements. Buyers must use a participating lender and complete required counseling. Assistance may be in the form of forgivable or deferred loans depending on sub-program.
