Full Description

SBIF provides substantial reimbursement grants to Chicago small businesses making permanent property improvements—including interior remodeling, exterior upgrades, HVAC, ADA compliance, roofing, mechanical systems, and façade improvements. Available only within designated TIF districts, SBIF helps neighborhood businesses modernize facilities, attract customers, and strengthen long-term economic competitiveness.
