This Notice of Funding Opportunity requests pre-proposals, and then later full proposals, for the implementation of State and Interstate Aquatic Nuisance Species Management Plans (SIANSMP) that have been approved by the Aquatic Nuisance Species Task Force (ANSTF). These plans identify activities needed to prevent introductions and spread, and eliminate or reduce the risks associated with, aquatic nuisance species, as the part of the broader objective of moving towards a nationally coordinated aquatic invasive species program.This award is open ONLY to those States, Territories, and Indian tribes...
